Our practice has an incentive program for our patients: The Wooden Nickel Program. Our goal is to ensure that our patients keep on track with their treatment by encouraging great cooperation and enthusiasm.
New Patients will be given an office "piggy bank cup" to collect the wooden nickels when they sign up for orthodontic treatment. At each appointment, the patient has the opportunity to earn up to 3 wooden nickels.
1 wooden nickel - Great oral hygiene
1 wooden nickel - No broken wires, brackets or appliances
1 wooden nickel - Wearing your Dr. Kadan t-shirt to your office visit
The patients can then redeem the wooden nickels "patient dollars" for gift cards or movie tickets!
To redeem the prize, you will need to fill out a form with the patient's name, next visit date and prize type. Present the form along with the nickels (in an envelope) to our front desk person. Some prizes will have to be mailed out or given to you at your next orthodontic visit. Forms will be located in the waiting room.
