Firstly, I feel a very high need to express my appreciation to you and your staff for a job and service well done especially since we seem to have reached an era where customer service seems to be a thing of the past. When I first walked into your office, your day was over but you and your secretary were so welcoming and after a long day and probably so ready to go home, you still took the time to see me and answer some quick questions that I had. (Thank -you for that). Since I've become a patient of yours about 10 months ago, only after considering braces for a very long time and after meeting multiple Orthodontists, I knew right away that you were the right Orthodontist for me! You were obviously my choice. With the confidence that only comes from professionalism, you and your staff support me through the process and are always attentive to my needs. You never hesitate to answer my questions or explain a procedure when I come to your office. What can I say, the results so far, have totally surpassed all my expectations and we are not yet done! "I do not have the words that will allow me to RAVE about this office in a way that will do them justice. In my entire life, I have never been to any medical/dental facility that sets itself apart from all others in such an outstanding way. The office itself is immaculately clean, colorfully decorated, and very inviting, but it is the STAFF that makes it irresistable. The front desk receptionists are incredibly friendly, organized, knowledgeable and helpful. All of the assistants are equally friendly and very warm and kind with all of the patients. Dr. Kadan, himself, is again, friendly, personable, intelligent and very skilled at his craft. He loves what he does and that shines through. He is a perfectionist, and his outstanding work pays off in phenomenal results! Everyone truly cares about each patient; takes the time to explain things and answer questions; and is always available in case of a problem or emergency. What's perhaps the most astonishing is how the entire staff gets along so well - like a big family - and consequently, makes the patients feel like they are a part of that as well. I cannot recommend this office highly enough! In my opinion, no other orthodontic pratice in the area even comes close!"
